Una empresa familiar que comenzaba con el Sr. Agustín Valadéz Estrada un joven que huía del pueblo de San Felipe Torres Mochas durante la guerra de los cristeros por ocurrírsele gritar ¡Viva Cristo Rey y la Virgen de Guadalupe! se tuvo que disfrazarse de indito lechero y así llegó a San Miguel de Allende donde desde los años 30´s comenzó con un negocio de fotografía llamado foto LUX que se ubicaba en la calle de Canal a un par de cuadras de la actual dirección, donde trabajaba el blanco y negro con las técnicas más antiguas y de calidad de la fotografía con cámaras de cajón y las fotos eran retocadas a lápiz y coloreadas con pigmentos especiales, su hijo Agustín Valadéz Zúñiga comienza a aprender con él, al morir el retoma el negocio y le cambia el nombre a Foto Géminis, participa con varias administraciones municipales y empresas locales hasta convertirse en el estudio de éxito con la mejor calidad en la ciudad, comienza el auge del video aunque el previamente daba servicio de grabación de película en 8mm y super 8 mm, al surgir el video ya se había adherido al equipo su hijo Agustín Valadéz Sánchez el cual comienza dando más fuerza a la producción en video, teniendo el hasta el momento más de 20 años de colaborar en medios de comunicación, periódico, radio y tele, aplicando toda su experiencia en el negocio propio y en los medios que participaba al estar trabajando en los medios incluye a su hijo de tan solo 10 años de edad Agustín Valadéz Bustamante y su hermano Maximiliano Valadez Bustamante, participando en la producción de transmisiones y programas que él tenía su cargo. Actualmente Agustín Valadéz Sáncez tiene más de 30 años de experiencia en fotografía y video; sus hijos Max y Agustín a su corta edad tienen más de 10 años de experiencia. Agustín Valadez Bustamante es Licenciado en Arte y Animación digital egresado del ITESM y es el fotógrafo principal de la empresa.
